The Stork light is a tremendous improvement on traditional exam lights. It provides true white light with long-lasting LED lights, is easy to maneuver and stays in place. The light is battery powered and can be placed anywhere you need it. Our office recently had an unanticipated power outage when I was in the middle of an IUD placement. Because the light is battery powered, I was able to safely complete the IUD insertion!
We currently use this light in our office and on labor and delivery. This light is versatile, lightweight and flexible. Its slim design is useful in tight situations. We couldn’t be happier with this product!!!
I love this light over other goosenecks I have used for pelvic exams. It is lightweight, easily moved, easily positioned, great illumination, and doesn't block my line of sight. Other gooseneck lamps are heavy and tend to fall and hit the client's knee or don't stay stationary during an exam. Being lightweight and cordless is great because it allows me to easily position the light in the most optimal position. I highly recommend this light for all medical uses!
